All employees, and their partners, can access unlimited 1-on-1 parent coaching with our expert parent coaches and postpartum doula. The sessions help with work-life management, parent questions and concerns, and more. Includes a postpartum anxiety and depression screening for new parents.

Group coaching cohorts build a parenting community

Virtual group coaching cohorts for parents who want to build connection with others, share different perspectives, and create a community of support. Sessions are thematic (e.g. Single Parents, Parents of Tweens, etc.) and led by an expert parent coach and include key take-aways and actionable steps.

Parental Leave Pathways

Work with a doula to design a birth and parental leave plan

Employees design a personalized birth, parental leave, and return-to-work plan alongside a parent coach and postpartum doula. Work together to identify and mitigate obstacles, set communication parameters, and build your personal parental leave and return-to-work plan. We also offer a self-paced workbook, Pathways, for parents who want a hands-off option.
