With the Parental Leave Summit, we’re encouraging and jumpstarting solutions for employers and brokers to make paid parental leave accessible to everyone.
The first official Parental Leave Summit promises a full day of insightful programming, featuring renowned speakers and thought leaders from the realms of famtech, the care economy, advocacy, and parenthood advancement. This free virtual event is hosted and presented by Parento, leaders in paid parental leave advocacy and implementation.
The summit will kick off with an inspiring keynote address introducing the first and largest event dedicated exclusively to parental leave. Despite the fact that only 27% of private sector employees have access to paid parental leave, this issue profoundly impacts 100% of working parents. Working parents represent a diverse intersection of groups within the labor market: managers, millennials, disruptors, innovators, advocates, and personal brands.
